Job Description
Maintain and support ERP, PLM systems and end users. Create web and windows software applications using Microsoft technology. Develop and modify reports using MS SQL SSRS. Perform DBA work MS SQL Server databases. Incorporate cybersecurity best practices in all work.
Principal Responsibilities:
· Support ERP high tech manufacturing operations, users and updates.
· Open and resolve support cases with ERP vendor, implement solution.
· Develop and maintain business reports using SQL Server SSRS.
· Develop web and windows software applications using .Net technologies (Visual Studio) using multiple data sources.
· Perform MS SQL Server DBA activities, backups, restores, schedule maintenance jobs.
· Create MS SQL Server stored procedures using transactional SQL programming.
· Support legacy MS Access applications.
Education Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent working knowledge as an applications developer or software engineer.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
• A minimum of five years of experience working with ERP systems is required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in software development using MS suite.
• Experience with Database Administration duties.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Willingness to learn and attend training as needed.
Working Conditions: This position is on site and requires occasional availability outside regular business hours for software updates and other maintenance tasks as required.
