Job Description
- Repairs electrical equipment and installs 110V, 208V, 277V electrical cabling, boxes, switches and outlets.
- Light plumbing work on sinks, toilet bowls, water valves and pipe installations.
- Light construction such as: painting, installation and spackling of sheetrock, removal and installation of doors and floor tile removal and installation.
- Assemble/Disassemble furniture/cubicles
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Respond to snow removals and other building emergencies as needed.
