Job Description
-Visual inspection of PCBA under a magnifier and microscope
– Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision measuring instruments
– Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
– Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
– Verify specified value, polarity, color codes, marking of BGA, and pin-through hole parts
-Perform Final Inspection on finished product to ensure compliance to customer requirements.
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Must be familiar with IPC-A-610 inspection criteria for PCBA’s
– Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring
machines
– Understanding of SMT Inspection Practices and proper Printed Circuit Board handling techniques.
– Understanding ESD and safety practices
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
– Experience in AOI inspection a plus
